Shipping methods Issues of Plugin

I have a WooCommerce store powered by the ALD plugin:

At my store, I’m facing two issues with respect to the shipping methods being appropriately (not) displayed.

1. When de-selecting/clearing the options (color, size, variants, etc.) for a product, the shipping method dialog box is still open and visible for the product (even though the options are not yet selected to show an appropriate shipping method).

2. Shipping Methods (and charges) are encountering bugs when the quantity of product is large.

These are ALD plugin bugs as there are no options on the WordPress admin panel to fix these.
