Email template issue

Hello

i have an email template set up for completed orders

I’m testing a mystery box purchase that has a free item associated with it and it has previosuly worked OK, showing both items

when i use the test function top send an email I see the correct details

when the email is received after a purchase the free item is not in teh order details and like i said, it was before
