Sticky Add to Cart Issues

MOBILE VIEW PROBLEMS
Problem 1
The Customization Design Changes I make on the WordPress customization for mobile view is completely different in the actual mobile view. Please check the following image attachments –
1. Customizer View – Actual
2. Actual Mobile View

Problem 2
How can I make the text of the product title appear and also make the button appear on the right hand side of the screen ? Please check the following image attachment to understand this problem – Mobile Issue 1

Problem 3
1. Can I change the text of the button on this second Step ?
2. When I select the button how can I make it go into the Cart Page ?

I also have issues in Desktop View. But we can fix that after we fix the desktop issues
