reset password does not have a link

Hi, my mail template for reset the password does not work anymore.
The mail looks ok so far, but the button to reset the password doesn’t work/ not exist. There is no link on it. I tried to recreate the template but I don’t get a reset password link in the mail. Also not simply as a text link.
