Please refund us the amount spent on envato as we don’t use your plugin

Hi,

I am representing a web agency and we initially wanted to use your plugin on a client’s site.
After testing your plugin and wpml I said that wpml fits better for what we need.

I kindly asked for a refund on envato, but I did not find any flexible understanding from your company and you declined our refund request.

Please refund us the amount as your plugin stays unused for now and don’t plan to use it in the near future. However if there will be sites where we can use it in the near future, for sure we will purchase it (or any of your other wp plugins we found useful for our clients).
The reason we no longer want to use is that wpml offers some basic add on for currency which don’t need an extra add-on or plugin
