Currency keeps changing product, cart to checkout.

I have enabled cart currency on the checkout settings page. When I select a currency at product page, it then changes back to different currency in y cart and checkout which doesnt match what I selected or the shipping address.

I also need the checkout page to physically display that the customer is paying with CAD or USD because this is very confusing for the customers.
