Product default images not showing

I tried to import products from Shopify store to my WooCommerce store using this plugin S2W – Import Shopify to WooCommerce. According to your instructions my developer tried to import products to test whether its working perfectly or not so that i can take decision to buy the premium plugin to import Products, orders, customers and reviews.

but I’m not getting proper response from you. He Said you are asking for website admin access. I would like to ask your email address so that I can make an admin account there for you. So that you can test it and can resolve the issue.
