Test email looks correct, but sent sent formating is different

Hi team,

I have just purchased and setup the WooCommerce Email Template Customizer. I have set up the email templates and they look great in the editor, and great when sending a test via the editor, but when for example the email gets sent via the website when an order is placed the email looks different (the New Order Notification Email). The first and last name are now on 2 lines instead of 1. The City, State and Zip code are now on 3 lines instead of 1.

1. Is there anything I should look at before investigating this further with you that would make the test emails come through correctly, but the real emails formatted differently?

2. As an alternative is there a way to use shortcodes for the shipping name, shipping address 1, shipping zip, etc?

3. Is there a way to set the product image size through the email template files rather than with CSS?
