Scrolling Stutter Issue

Hi there,

• There’s a noticeable background stutter on mobile devices when scrolling. It comes off janky and makes the site look/feel cheap. You can see it on this site: https://www.fadedlace.net/ – this cheapens the overall look and feel which makes me uneasy with implementing it, compared to the visual quality of the rest of the site.
• I would like to be able to choose a custom font for the Lucky Wheel. I would like to be able to set whatever font I want, be it with Google Fonts or @font-face – is there a cost to implement this?
• What would it cost to implement a user registration when the form is submitted? I don’t use any of the mailing services this system has built-in, and I would rather use WordPress’s API than any of these others.
