E-Mail template dont works for 2 mail-types: new-account-acitv. and new account

Hey Guys,

maybe someone can help us. We use the email customization and it works fine, but for the 2 types of mail it dont works, even if enabled and activated. For this two mails the standard-WP Mail will be sent our

1) customer-new-account-activation.php
2) customer-new-account.php

Any suggest?
