Tax / shipping cost is not displayed

Hi there!

I just purchased your plugin and it works really well! I am running into a problem though. The tax is not displayed anywhere. I just see the totals. When I look into de regular woo cart I can see the taxes so that part is working okay in Woocommerce.

Is it possible to display the tax?

Furthermore: is it possible to display the shipping costs?
