tracking page customization

I’m using a storefront template and have had Orders Tracking for months. I finally had time to look at it. I made a page for order tracking and added a short code but all I’m getting is the tracking number part of the form without the order ID and email address options. When I’m in my admin customizer, it shows up great, but there’s no way to go to that page for the typical site visitor if they want to look up their order. I’d like to add this in their MY Account area for them to look up orders. Thanks, Kim
