Conversion from MXN to USD becomes incorrect on shipping

The plugin was purchased and we have only two currencies configured, the default is MXN and the secondary is USD to be able to sell in the United States and other Latin American countries and we have a shipping quote by CP from a third-party service called envia.com, which when the store is configured in MXN, shows a correct shipping to the United States, for example $3,700 MXN… But when the change is made to USD, the shipping cost converts it incorrectly, the product prices are set fine, but for example those 3700MXN are converted to $11.47USD which is incorrect, should they be converted to $199.8USD what is happening? how can i correct it?
