This plugin does not send tracking number to paypal, what to do?

I’m having a serious problem with this plugin.
I’m using a Dianxiaomi integration system to manage my orders.
Once I completed an order, Dianxiaomi would change the order status to ‘Completed.’ And the tracking number would be sent to Woocommerce.
But there is no tracking number shown in the position of image 2.
If I want to know the tracking number, I have to click the order details page(image 4), and the tracking number will be shown on the Mosaic area… And then click ‘edit tracking’ to fill tracking number again and send it to Paypal…
This is poor efficiency.
I have to click the order detail page to send the tracking number to Paypal…

What should I do to make it send the tracking number to Paypal automatically?
