Newly user generated reviews without photos aren’t showing up correctly

Hi,
When an user is adding a review without photo, they are not showing up when the product page is loaded. One have to click on the buttons “With images”, “Verified reviews” to see the review. When a user doesn’t add star the review doesn’t show at all. Please take a look at the following screen capture video to understand the issue
