Product Image is being downloaded

I’ve migrated our store from Shopify to WooCommerce and of the products that have images, about 90% have been migrated over. The rest say: Product Image is being downloaded. It has been weeks and these images still haven’t been downloaded. I’ve tried syncing these products and syncing their images with no change. I have deleted these products and imported a single product and it’s images will not download. I’m not sure if there is something particular about these products but I’m not seeing anything different.
