Price Sync Problem! My pricing rules are not applying to all products.

I have multiple products imported from Aliexpress and I have my pricing rules set.

In the Product Sync tab, I turned on Sync Price and now all my products on the site are showing Aliexpress prices and not reflecting the rules I set. I turned it off and back on a reset the rules.

I am seeing inconsistencies where some products adopted the rule and are reflecting my price markups, however, some products are not and they are still showing Aliexpress prices.

What is going on here?
Please Help!
