WooCommerce Lucky Wheel – Spin to win stopped working in middle of campaign

We have purchased the plugin on Aril 2022, used it then successfully and re- set it up yesterday for another campaign. Although it was working fine yesterday, today is not showing at all on the frontend. We purchased another plugin because we thought the license had expired, but that was not the case. We cannot even enter our license key as it fails to sync automatically through Envato. Can you please have a look and let us know what to do as soon as possible as we have a 24 hour campaign running at the moment?
