Order notes to customer do not appear on sent emails https://snipboard.io/g4ZfFK.jpg and for some reason if I change the order status from another one (ie. processing) to “on hold” it won’t send an email. I deactivated this plugin for troubleshooting and this is the problem, because once your plugin was deactivated it sent the email with no issues.
