Plugin not working with DHL Commerce on my website

Hi,

I bought your plugin and added it to a demo website. Now, I am ready to go live on the main domain.

During checkout, it shows the very wrong shipping calculations on both the demo website and main website.

If I turn off the plugin, DHL commerce calculates properly.
