How to add custom fields to template

Hello,
I’m using this plugin https://aceplugins.com/plugin/extra-shipping-options-woocommerce/
for extra fields for a payment method.

When clients choose pickup, thanks to that plugin they can choose a date. Idem dito with shipping (bit different calendar).
Those are custom fields with a unique ID.
Is there a way to add this information to the e-mail template?
It only shows 4 options, but I’m not sure any of them suits my demand.
