Mobile responsive point not working in Outlook for Android

Hi,

I’ve bought your plugin and am trying to make it look better on mobile. The responsive breakpoint does not work in Outlook for Android (I have not been able to test other mobile devices/clients yet).

No matter which value I select (down to zero, it breaks columns into one).

From what I can gather from the source code it is related to the IF-statements checking for MSO wich makes the width 100% no matter what point for responsiveness i set.
