Pricing miscalculation on order page

Hi,

I was just testing the ordering system and come to the realisation that the prices arent calculated properly.

shipping cost and normal cost as well. 72 on aliexpress but only comes to 49 on order fulfilment page.

charged 83 on my website but it includes a bit over 30% profit margin. so the products should cost 58 dollars but its actually 72.

could it be because of multiple items has higher shipping fee?
