Bulk Order API not working

I have a problem in using the functionality of bulk order by API in the items that has not a clear shipping method that can be imported at time of product import. One of the products that has such situation is this: https://www.aliexpress.com/item/3256804873374809.html

I originally bought this plugin for this particular functionality because I will not be able to use the computer all the time, that is why I cannot rely only on the Chrome extension of the plugin.

Please help me to solve this problem
