Tracking takes forever to update

    Hi, I have a TrackingMore account setup and notice that when I enter the tracking for an order and then attempt to track it via the page it will say unavailable for about 24 hours before it updates even if there are updates with the shipping company. What is going on?

    Should it start showing an update the moment it is shipped and update when there are updates?

    The problem is the customers get the tracking email and then do to the page to track and it say unavailable. I click that sync button and it shows the carrier and the updates in the green box that pops up but still won’t show anything on the tracking page for 24 hours.
