cart page doesnt convert currency

Hi,

I want to set purchase options to Rupess and dollars based on in India location or outside India respectively. My purchase button takes the user to the cart page. While the membership page displaces the right currency the cart page defaults back to rupees even if the user is outside India. how can I set the cart page to displace the right currency based on geolocation.
