Phone field dissapears

Hi, we have the plugin installed. The correct class is set on the add to cart button. When using the side cart to go to checkout the phone number field is briefly shown and is then hidden. Because this is a required field the customer cannot finish the checkout. How do we fix this? The site is: top06.nl
