Text Editor Not Working Other Works

Hello there,
I’m using Xstore theme (latest version) and I know that they are implemented your plugin in their theme’s options and I was try to use their feature and I realized that I can not able to edit “text” components but other I can able to edit.
So I thought that the problem relavant with the theme and I disabled that the feature and I installed your plugin file and unfortunately the problem still persist.
I think there have a JS conflict because when I click “Text editor” component it does not response.
