    Hi, i have the pro version.
    1. I have a woo subscription product that moves them direct to completed and my completed template IS sending out the correct template HOWEVER my other product gets moved manualli to completed and has its own unique template, WHICH IS NOT SENDING OUT. I have designiated this in the rules to no avail.I dont think the product id is working at aLL!!! HELP! (I tried messing with “numbering – product priority” to no avail)

    2: how do i stop the WOO new order purchase data message from sending out for new orders altogether? I thought once I had your plugin it would override woocommerce’s emails.see sample below.
