After upgrade to 1.1.0 the sticky cart does not work

After installed version 1.1.0 i can no longer click on the shopping cart icon (The green round icon down left) and when adding a product it does not work.

Please try it on my staging site:
https://nordicbattstaging.nordicbatt.no/product/premium-lithium-litium-12v-300ah-heat/

For reference, it should work like this: ( My live site with the version 1.0.12)
