I have been having a problem for some time with the default currency not seeming to show up correctly – I have the default as EURs, and I believe trying to do geo-location settings, however, different computers that are set in my country (Portugal) still seem to show the default as USD. This is a big problem as we work with both Europe and US markets.
I thought perhaps that the latest version was not installed, this could be a bug that was fixed. Unfortunately I keep trying to manually install the new version, and it always comes to the next page to say that it fails. Also, sometimes on the plug in page, some of the links go to a new page to say plug in is unavailable.
I just purchased another 6 months for support, yet if this is a problem that cannot be solved, or if I keep having errors and cannot update the plugin, I would prefer to go to another plugin, and it would be strange to pay just for a message to say that there is a problem here.
I also have issues with how the currency options are displayed in the menu, and there seem to be no options to change it. I believe I had support help me to put these on two lines before, but the currency list has reverted back to one line and now extends the whole menu horizontally on the mobile which appears as a technical error on the site.
