Images of products purchased are not appearing in the email being sent

Dear Andy,

I have the following problem:

In your email templates one can choose the option to have images showing up in the order detail section. However, when I did that, and sent the test email, the product image thumbnails are not showing.

Could you please login to the back end of the site using this link below and see what the problem is? We really need the emails being sent to look like the ones you have been advertising. We bought this plugin because it shows that when email are sent to customer with product details, the images of the products that were purchased would also appear in the e-mail.

You can test with the ‘Processing’ email template.
