Tracking Page is working, but not updating status of package

Hi, I have the pro version of the plugin, and the problem is that the customer receives an email with a tracking link, but the status is still “pending” even though I’ve added the shipment number, and it’s waiting for pickup at the point. What should I do? I’ve installed the latest version of the plugin, but the issue persists.
