Repeated reviews in the same product with WPML

Hello, We have installed your plugin “WooCommerce Photo Reviews Premium” and we have installed WPML also, but sometimes the reviews appears repeat two times, for exemple here:

what’s the problem?

Another question: Is it possible that registered users on the website do not need us to approve their comments?
