cancelled order email to customer issue

Hello team,
We are not able to set the cancelled order email which should be sent to the Customer , we have option only for Admin.
We also have an issue where at times the english version mail goes for other language customers which is wrong , we have setup the rules and languages properly still this doesn’t work as expected
