Gift card not delivering with Gift4U plugin

Hi! I’m trying to test the Gift4U plugin for use with my site and while I can add the card to the cart and checkout the actual card with the coupon code never delivers to my test email.

Is there a setting that I am missing? Also, is there going to be a more comprehesive version of the plugin that allows for multiple amounts or the purchaser being able to name their own amount?

One last thing – Can I use the email template customizer to customize the email template because the table in the Gift4U plugin is really difficult to use?
