Not all email types available after upgrade to pro version!

Hi there,

I previously used the free version to test and get started. All was working well and all email types (templates) haven been available for customization. After upgrading to the pro version not all email types are listed anymore despite that these templates still exsist in the standard woo email section.

What could cause this? Attached for your info. You can see that many types are missing (in the free version they have been available).
