Frontend Shipping no longer displays

The shipping selection box on the front (Frontend Shipping), on the single product page.
It has disappeared, it is no longer visible.
For example, it is visible on the cart.

Premise: before it was visible and it worked.
I didn’t look in the past few days, I installed 2 additional assistance plugins.

I deactivated all the plugins except woocomerce and the payment ones, but the problem was not resolved. It still isn’t there, even though I’ve set it to display as a selector.
