using conditional tags make site go down

Hey there, this is the site https://texascourtclasses.com/

I want to only have the notifications show up on the home page, the /online-courses/ page and all pages that have sp/ in their URL (example: https://texascourtclasses.com/sp/responsible-pet-ownership-course/)

I tried adding is_home() || is_online-courses() in the conditional tags section and when I tested the whole site was down (the pages opened but it was all blank).

Please help
