Cron Sync imported product only , not all woocommerce product

I have a WooCommerce store serving as a central hub, and I need to send specific products to different Shopify stores. I have a question regarding the cron job synchronization: Can the cron job be configured to only sync imported products to each Shopify store and prevent all products from being sent to every Shopify store? Will the cron job operate in this manner?
