URGENT: “Note added to your order” – email not sent

Hi, urgent problem again:
– The email “Note added to your order” is setup including the short code {oder_note} and activated in the woocommerce settings
– A note to the customer is added in the order details.
– The email is NOT sent to the customer
– The preview in the plugin settings does NOT SHOW the content of the order note of the selected customer (field is displayed empty).

I have already sent this issue including screenshots to the service-email (Lavender) as I need an urgent reply with solutions how to fix this.

Is it possible to send this email type “Note added to your order” manually through the order setting page in woocommerce?

Please reply asap. As there are several other issues with this plugin already in discussion with you, we are forced to switch to another solution if we cannot solve these problems within the next days as there is a marketing campaign of our client and the email notifications NEED TO WORK PROPERLY by next week!!!
