I paid for premium version of ALD and it’s not installing.

I paid for the premium version of ALD and it’s not installing. I’m also pretty sure I paid for it twice. I’d like a refund as well as prorated time for the months I’ve not been able to use it/had to hunt down this support page until now.

I need assistance setting this up as well as being sure it’s configured properly.
