Hi,
My client has a customer where their customer’s SUBRE subscription has expired and payment is due over a month now. I can not change the order status to Active (no options showing up for me to choose) and also when the customer goes to make a manually payment under their WooCommerce account dashboard no pay button is showing up for them under their order tab.
I know the customer has a payment method set up and I’m not sure if it is because the customers order has expired is causing them not to see the pay button to make a payment.
