Automatic email for specific click and collect orders on woocommerce

Good morning,
I have an e-commerce site on which Internet users have the choice of having their order delivered or picking it up in store using click & collect. For click to collect orders, once we have prepared the order in store, I change the status of the order to “Completed”. I would like to set up a specific automatic email for click and collect customers in order to notify customers that their order is available in store. is this possible with your plugin? Thanks in advance
