Visit pos buttton in wp admin redirects to my account page

Hi,
In wordpress forum you told me to open a support ticket here. I explained I only have Woodmart theme, Elementor, Woocommerce and WebPos plugin (estandar), but when I, as admin, clic in Visit POS button, it redirect me to my account page (wc). I tried deactivating plugin by plugin and using default wp twenty twenty theme, but issue remains. Kindly ask for you to check it out. It´s really weird.

Ps: feel free to do all testing you´d need in wp-admin backend. This site is not on production.
