How To Set up the correct shipping fee?

I enable customers to choose shipping method while shopping. And my WooCommerce has a free shipping policy for US zone.

I want to show the customer
the total shipping fee=woo commerce regular shipping (free shipping) the fee of the shipping method they choose
on the cart page and the check out page.

But now on those page it’s not working. If I enable the customer to choose shipping method while shopping and calculate aliexpree shipping cost of all items in cart and add the cost to all currently available shipping options.
There is two option to select one on the check out page.
Free ship.
and the method the costomer choose.
They are not calculate together.
And the total amount of the purchace is always calculate with free ship.
Even if the other method of shipping was choose, the total amount will also calculate on free ship. please help asap.
