Products with variants have not been entered correctly

Hi. I am trying to import our products with variations to shopify but get this error.
I checked the documentation and the products carefully, but I cant see the issues. All variants are NOT set to ANY and I dont have so many (1 variation usually like SIZE with 3 options)
Some of the products are imported, but most of them are getting this error. I compared one product that has been imported with the one that has not and I cant see any differences.
Please help.
