How to see duration of time until emails are sent

im trying to figure out 2 things:

1) how to see the time until the emails are sent for the reminders. I have no idea if any are even running I see the column in orders for if they received or not but trying to see where this countdown or send date it

2) a way to auto approve reviews with 3 stars or higher and keep in moderation / needing approval if below 2
