Lucy wheel doesn’t work at all

As said: Wheel of Fortune doesn’t appear at all for me. I have the latest version of woocommerce and wordpress installed, the theme is porto as you can see on http://www.buvart.eu.
He should mention that the wheel of fortune was working a month or so ago, it just slowed down the page opening a lot. However, in the meantime, he has made quite a few upgrades to the plugin, and he is probably in conflict with one of them.
Now I can only see a few wheel attachments just below the shop as pictured
