Customer made an order, but i cant see it in Ali Orders tab or WooCommerce.

Hi There,

A customer recently made an order, I can see it in my email, and the payment in my pending funds in stripe, but it’s not in my Ali Orders tab in the Ali drop shipping plugin area, it’s also not visible under orders in WooCommerce area, what’s going on! please help, I cant afford not to get my customers orders, this all used to work fine, I’ve recently changed my theme but surely that wouldn’t break things.
